All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note, during peak sales periods this processing time could extended.
We offer FREE SHIPPING to Australian and New Zealand Customers. Some products may not be able to be shipped to your country depending on certain local restrictions but we will do our absolute best.

In-store pickup
Currently we are only an online store so we don't have a physical store to collect your orders but we make up for this with great customer support. We aim to get back to your emails and messages within 1-2 business day(s).
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the given timeframe of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. So please communicate with us that you are sending to a P.O Box so we can check this on your behalf.
